About Me

For the past three years, I have dedicated myself to training in Lev Emunah Therapy under the guidance of Rabbi Rachamim Bitton. The invaluable tools that he provided me with have transformed my life, enabling me to approach both myself and others with a newfound heart-centeredness.

Originally from Chicago, my wanderlust has taken me to Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Boca Raton, and finally, Israel - the home of my heart. I am grateful to have been married for twenty years and blessed with two teenage boys.

Growing up, I devoured books like The Celestine Prophecy, No Ordinary Road, and You Can't Afford The Luxury of a Negative Thought - I was never your average teenager. However, I faced many obstacles and challenges that I had to overcome. In retrospect, I am grateful for those challenges because they have helped mold me into the person that I respect and love today.

As a child, I believed that life was meant to be difficult. Yet, as I grew older and more perceptive, I came to realize that with the right tools, the path we walk can be easy, effortless, and beautiful. Rabbi Bitton instilled in me the confidence to choose any path I desire and succeed on it.

My goal in life is to help others believe that they, too, can live consistently from the pure love and godliness within them, and to remove any subconscious resistance that may be hindering them from having a life full of prosperity, abundance and ease.
